 4.How to receive undergraduate and graduate graduation documents
Undergraduate and graduate students approved to graduate from the University Council. On October 25, 2024 (with the status in the system as approved for graduation) )
You will receive a free set of graduation documents (1 English transcript and 1 graduation certificate). In the form of Digital Signature (Received as PDF File)

In the event that the student requests more than the number of free distribution kits specified above, or requests in the normal form (in person or by mail).
The system will report the amount of additional expenses to be paid (the status of receiving the payment will be "Not paid")

 5.Application for graduation notification in semester 2/2024
Students who expect to graduate in Semester 2/2024 Please submit a request for completion in the system from October 17, 2024 to 13 February 2025
Eligible students must submit a request for completion as follows:
1. Enroll for the last semester
2. Maintain student status to solve P grades
3. Leaving cooperative education in the last semester
4. Have previously announced the completion of the first semester of 2024 but did not complete the semester
Students who meet the criteria under 1-4, both with and without English proficiency tests, must first notify the completion of the system.
Without waiting for grades to be released at the end of the semester.
**Students who do not have the results of the English proficiency test upon completion of the notification must complete the examination by the second semester of 2024
Once the application is complete, proceed to upload the photo of the gown as well.

The University will open the registration system for graduates of the 2023 academic year who will participate in the Royal Diploma Ceremony on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. Graduates who did not attend the graduation ceremony on the day of the graduation ceremony in the past year already. If you wish to have your diploma sent by post, do the following:
1) Pay 150 Baht for box and domestic postage delivery fee to SCB Public Company Limited account number 707-2-35379-0 Account name Suranaree University of Technology
2) Inform your name-surname, student identification number, document delivery address and telephone number, along with attached photo of ID card and proof of transfer (only for graduate certificate delivery fee) at Email: graduate@sut.ac.th
